Instructing a conveyancer or solicitor

You may prefer to instruct a solicitor to prepare the pack on your behalf.This service is especially valuable for more complex sales such as leasehold properties, or if you want to concentrate on your daily business of selling property, without the overhead of creating HIPs. You can work with solicitors that you already deal with or we can put you in touch with a conveyancer or solicitor if you need one – just contact us.
